Steve Boylan

With over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, Steve Boylan is an award-winning business broker who wants to sculpt the future of business.

In 2006, Steve founded Beacon Business Group where he has served in multiple roles, including President and Managing Director of Investment Banking. He has also worked with Valen M&A as a mergers and acquisitions advisor.

Throughout his career, Steve has been passionate about education and ethics within business. For meeting high educational and ethical thresholds, Steve gained a Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) as well as an Accredited Business Intermediary with the American Business Brokers Association (ABBA).

His commitment to high education and ethical standards continued as he served on the IBBA Education Committee and the IBBA Ethics Committee. He is also a founding member of Wisconsin’s chapters for the Midwest Business Brokers & Intermediaries and the ABBA Best Practiced Forum.

When he takes a break from striving in the business world, Steve enjoys life with his wife, four children and three grandchildren.
