As the Founder and Principal of AR Business Brokers Inc. (ARBB) & AR Mergers (ARM), Aldrin and his team have built one of Canada’s most respected boutique business M&A advisorage & M&A firms, helping clients successfully transition companies across diverse sectors, including healthcare, logistics, education, retail, professional services, hospitality manufacturing….etc.

Before launching ARBB, Aldrin built and managed businesses in the marketing industry throughout the Middle East, and Africa. His operational experience and entrepreneurial background give him a unique ability to understand the challenges and opportunities business owners face at every stage of the journey.

At Brokerage Bridge, Aldrin and his 22-member team enhance the firm’s reach across Canada and provide access to a broad network of buyers, family offices, and private equity groups. They have consistently delivered strong results in Main Street and Lower Middle Market transactions, recently winning the Consumer Choice Award for Best Business Brokers and earning the Chairman’s Circle and Deal Maker Awards from the IBBA every year since 2016.

Aldrin holds the Master Certified Business Intermediary (MCBI) designation from the IBBA, is a Certified M&A Professional (CM&AP) through Kennesaw State University, and a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Alliances (IMAA). He is also a licensed real estate M&A advisor. Aldrin previously served on the Board of Directors with IBBA Canada and remains an active member of the IBBA, M&A Source, AM&AA, and IMAA.
