Eric J. Gall is the founder and licensed broker of Edison Business Advisors, a leading business brokerage firm based in Bonita Springs, Florida. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Eric has facilitated business transactions totaling over $300 million. His expertise and dedication have earned him an impressive 35 awards, including being named the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF) #1 Top Dollar Producer and receiving multiple other top accolades from BBF, the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and M&A Source.

Eric holds several industry certifications, including the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), Certified Merger & Acquisition Professional (CM&AP), and Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI). Eric's educational background includes a BSE and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Before founding Edison Business Advisors, Eric was Regional Vice President for Florida Business Exchange - a business brokerage firm, President of a private equity group, and worked in corporate M&A at Ford Motor Company where he led the post-merger integration efforts for all brands.

Eric has a passion for staying on top of the latest trends and tools of the industry and fine tuning his craft.  He is an active member of BBF, IBBA, and M&A Source, and he serves on various committees and boards within these organizations.
